First Day Meet and Greet, Departure and Arrival at the Hotel
The Colorado Wine Festival Bachelorette Party started with a meet and greet at Wild Women Winery around 12:00 PM where the bride and her best girls enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting of 5 wines with a fantastic lunch. They also purchased discounted wine and brought some for the road. The drive was approximately 4-hours long with their own chauffeur and tour guide. They arrived at the Grand Junction Clarion Hotel and check-in at 5:00 PM.

Second Day with Complimentary Breakfast and the start of the Colorado Wine Festival Bachelorette Party Tour
A complimentary breakfast was served as the girls got ready to start their day of fun, relaxed and sophisticated wine tasting at the festival. The wine festival featured over 50 of Colorado’s best wineries, live music, a grape stomp, and live demonstrations! They got an added bonus of a free commemorative tasting glass and wine tote.
During the festival, there is no problem on time constraints since there are round-trip shuttles available that transport guests from the Colorado Mountain Winefest to a lot of hotels in Grand Junction. In fact, these shuttles depart every 15 to 30 minutes. Now that is pretty convenient!

The Last Day of the Tour and visited Palisade’s Premier 3 Vineyards and Wineries
The day started off with, of course, a complimentary breakfast followed by the Western Slope Winery Tour where the girls were able to visit three of Palisade’s finest vineyards and wineries.
Varaison Vineyards and Winery was the first stop. Located in an elegant brick Victorian-style home, wine tasting here takes you to an unforgettable wine experience!
Our second stop was the Grande River Vineyards. The location is very convenient for travelers, just right off the I-70. Also, their vineyard that is at the base of western Colorado Book Cliffs mountain range near the Colorado River makes for the production world-class, award-winning wines perfect.
The last winery to be visited was Maison La Belle Vie Winery. Located in a 4.5-acre vineyard, their grapes produce some of the highest quality wines in Colorado. Everyone loved the French ambiance, decor, food and delicious vintages.
The special event ended on our trip back to Denver’s Wild Women Winery.
